Definitely roast potatoes or nut roast with stilton sauce.

love a vegetable ‘bubble and squeek’ a day or so after Christmas, using all the left over vegetables e.g. brussels sprouts, carrots, potatoes etc. Lovely and refreshing.

Vegetarian Strudel – mmmmmm yum
We all love brussels sprouts and chestnuts, but also leek and cabbage cooked with cream and black pepper as a side dish. Actually, I’d happily have just the side dishes, on the whole!

Leek and cheese (vegetarian, obv) bread and butter pudding! I only make it for Christmas Eve but it’s always a winner with veggies and carnivores. BTW, Linda McCartney sausage rolls are the best!
I don’t eat any of the meat obviously (the only one in the family!) so I’m a bit of an outcast, but I always make the most of the vegetables & stuffing. I love anything to with chestnuts too as they’re gorgeous so a nut roast is perfect for me.
I love a Vegetarian Nut Loaf or Nut Cutlets! I go nutty for nuts lol!
I love sprouts at Christmas but not any other time of the year. My children will not eat them at all (something to do with taste buds?)

mushroom tagliatelle with cream
Nutroast, Sprouts and all the trimmings including a decent vegi/onion gravy.
Wrap an individual soft cheese in puff pastry, spreading a generous layer of cranberry sauce over the cheese before sealing and decorating it. Bake and serve with brussels sprouts and chestnuts (which are gorgeous dunked in the melting cheese)

Definitely vege gravy and cranberry and chestnut stuffing with my vege roast, it is my favourite treat. Also makes and awesome cold sandwich afterwards.

My mum is vegetarian so my fave Christmas treat was Granose Sausalatas when I was a child, unfortunately they don’t seem to be made anymore as I would love to get them.

I have a beautiful spinach and triple cheese roulade that is absolutely divine and really is a gorgeous centrepiece. With the usual trimmings it really is heavenly!

Veggie roast. Allows you to have your Christmas dinner without gasps and head scratching from your wider family who just dont get the #Meatfreelifestyle. Usually have Quorn but looking forward to trying Linda McCartney roast. Yum,yum.
I like to make ‘sausage rolls’ but fill the pastry with hallumi and cranberry sauce to taste Christmassy.

Slow roasted carrots, red onions, butternut squash, sweet potatoes and parsnips, served with veggy gravy, veggy stuffing, ‘Linda Mac’ sausages and Yorkshire pudding. Nom!

I like stuffed butternut squash. I roast them whole and the slice in half and fill. They are very eye catching on the plate and delicious.

I love Roast Quorn for xmas can be served with cranberry sauce or home made chestnut puree

Chocolate clusters. Melt some plain chocolate, stir in nuts of your choice and crystallized ginger. Teaspoon dollops of it into paper cases. Refrigerate and Bob’s your uncle, a delectable christmas treat

I’ve been mostly veggie for twenty years and I think my two year old will be following me – He can’t get enough of my veggie sausages! Off to my inlaws for Christmas dinner and everyone always wants a taste of my veggie alternative so this prize means there will be enough for everyone!
I always make home made cranberry sauce and a puff pastry with tomatoes, Lancashire cheese and cranberry sauce x

I enjoy a nice Linda Mcartney veggie roast at christmas. I enjoy it with cranberry sauce. I don’t like all the nasty comments about it not being real food and blah blah blah from everyone else around the table, none of which are veggie.
So if I won this goodie pack I’d cook christmas dinner my way – entirely veggie and not tell anyone until they sat down to eat

A large brie slice topped with olive paste and wrapped in filo pastry, cooked until the brie is melting, the paste is hot and the filo is golden brown. I only ever make it at this time of year and it’s delicious!

My favourite vegetarian Christmas Treat has to be the cheeseboard that we always have at teatime on Christmas Day. I’m happy to not stuff myself too full at lunchtime knowing I’ll have the chance to eat lots of scrummy vegetarian cheeses later.

Big pile of roasted vegetables, preferably with loads of garlic
Mushroom and Stilton Wellington – delicious!

Marinate paneer cubes in a marinade of yogurt, gram flour, garam masala, salt, oil for a couple of hours. Grill along with peppers and onions.

I have home made veggie pies over Christmas. I use the left over quorn roast, onions, mushrooms, soya cream and white wine…yum! @piperanddaisy
There is a ‘roast’ that Quorn does, it is like a big bit of quorn with stuffing inside and it is lovely sliced up with gravy. My family and I have had it several years running.
