This was Sunday. The wind was so strong and blowing the waves about. Look closely and you can see lots of spray up in the air.
The morning view.
I don’t know about you, but here where I live in the not so sunny North, it’s been noticeably colder of late. Bitterly cold. So I’ve been staying in when possible and staying warm, with hot coffee and my big jumper on. I’ve also been making more hot food, the kind you have to warm your tummy and feel content. Like soup and shepherds pie. I also like to make jacket potatoes. They are easy, convenient, most of use like them here and you can have nice warm dishes with them. Spoons, bowls, plates and all kinds of baby friendly feeding paraphernalia. It can be difficult of course to find ones that you will like, and that baby will like. Both things matter. You as a parent or carer want safety, easy to clean, perhaps something that looks good and is comfortable. I’m a little late with this one. It was taken on Sunday, but I’ve had one of those weeks with no spare time.
The latest addition to The Galaxy hot chocolate range is a hot chocolate with bubbles, in chocolate and chocolate orange varieties. With only 40 calories per serving, this really does look very tempting. My daughters were given the challenge of trying them both out. Being massively appreciative of Galaxy, I was sure they would enjoy. With the darker colder nights coming in fast, what could be better than sitting with a cup of hot chocolate, warm and dry on your favourite chair. Today was the aftermath of a very rainy and windy night. This was in the morning, yet so dull. It’s been like this almost all day. Such a contrast to previous photos.
It’s not every day you find me raving on about something as trivial as kitchen towels, but it’s not every day I find a kitchen towel that makes me want to talk about it.
